职位描述

Responsibilities职责:

1. Promote and sell the organization’s products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

在特定地区、产品线或客户名单内推广和销售公司的产品和服务,实现或超越销售目标。

2. Secure and expand the business. Maintain and develop relationship with EPC/PSB/Institute/OEM and agencies, meanwhile develop new market opportunities.

确保并开拓负责领域内的业务,维护并建立与各EPC/PSB/Institute/OEM等和分销商间的销售网络,并开发新的市场机会。

3. Organize or take part in seminars, presentations and sales negotiations for important or potential customers/partners.

组织及参与面向重要客户或潜在合作伙伴的技术交流会,产品发布会以及销售谈判等。

4. Collect project information through various sales channels, and actively follow up to realize “create reference” and “success negotiation”.

通过各渠道搜集项目信息,积极跟进,实现“产品指定”和“成功谈判”。

5. Compiling regular reports, such as: forecasts, visit reports, market and customer information, competition analysis;

编制定期报告,如:预算,拜访报告,市场和客户信息、竞争分析;

6. Secure offer and order follow up by cooperation with OEM sales to ensure each project placing order.

与OEM销售合作,确保报价以及订单的跟进工作,保证项目落到实处。


Requirements要求:

1. Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering, Automation or related;

本科以上电气工程,电力自动化类及相关专业;

2. At least 3 years of sales and marketing experience in Multinational Corporation.

3年以上外企销售及市场相关工作经验;

3. Excellent spoken and written in English.

良好的英文口语及书面沟通能力;

4. Be familiar with computer skills, e.g. SAP, Excel, PPT;

熟练应用包括SAP,Excel, PPT在内的应用软件;

5. High team-work inspirits, positively and actively;

高度团队合作精神、积极、主动;

6. Self motivated & ability to work independently;

自我激励并能独立完成工作;

7. Good communication skill;

良好的沟通技巧;

8. Experience in products sales of electrical spare parts, asset management will be preferred;;

有电气产品备件销售、服务销售经验者优先。
